Okay, Depot we have a small problem.
Outdoors? That’s where they live! Get off their land, you’re the one trespassing not them. You Muricans love killing anything! 😡
GREAT video. Well done!
Thank you very much!
The most sensible tutorial for a rain water collection system. Very detailed and direct to the point. Thank you for sharing this great idea, sir!
So nice of you
Saw the channel name and had to like the video! Thank you for the content!
Awesome! Thank you!
I heard thar sometimes the pet eat these pois9ned voles and mighr kull our pet
You are correct, but my pets are not allowed outside. My neighbors pets should be contained in their yards.
Ty
Clever and cost-effective way to free float a barrel. And btw, you meant to say "65 inch-pounds", not 65 foot founds ;) ,which is also not a pressure, but a torque ;)
I agree I've learned a lot on RUclips my self. I'm 70 and no matter your Age you can always learn. Vole bait station is a great idea . I'm making one myself after your video. Thanks for the lesson
Remember when we had to ask someone who wouldn't give you a straight answer or go to the library and read to learn atuff
Best rain collection video on RUclips! Finally someone that explains their system from point A to point B. Thank you Sir
My kids tease me about my “screen time.” But then they wonder how I know so many things. Love YT. Great video btw.
Does it have the ability to pick up 2 miles?
It may if your on the water but not on dry ground.
Your poisoning the voles & the hawks will be eating those voles - you’re poisoning the hawks 🤯. Food chain buddy…
Rat poison is a billion dollar business. It is all based on a wildlife carrying capacity. Hawks were removed from our capacity by federal law. The hawks have completely devastated the rabbits in Arkansas and terrorizes the farm chickens. You are living in a bubble. .
This video was a god send. My backyard is rittled with mice and voles. I will make about 5 of these and hopefully this solves the problem
Will chipmunks crawl in and eat that
I do not know we do not have chipmunks where I live. Sorry
Has anybody seen a supply list? I have no clue what to buy to accomplish this awesome thing
Go to your local hardware store for 2 inch pvc. They can help you
When I saw the title, rats , mice, and other vermin I thought this was about trump. I’m disappointed now.
Thanks a bunch
What are the lengths of the 3 pvc pipes? Looks like they are about 12" long each?
Sausage and Cabbage are my Favorite. Thanks for Sharing, you definitely made me Hungry!
Mine too!
Will this work for moles
No sorry, the Vole is a more rodent than a mole. The Vole eats vegetation and the Mole eats worms and bugs.
Good to hear from you. Hoping you are going to make a few Videos!
I had about 150 videos that were private or unlisted. I took a few minutes and made them public. Some where privates video to friends.
Welcome back. Sure do miss your videos.
Thank you!
Hope all is well brother, good to see you again.
All good
Good to see you, Sure wish my bunch wasn't so grown and running all different directions! That would be perfect!
You and me both!
Always good to see you AP!
I appreciate that!
Great video!
Glad you enjoyed it
Just found ya on Smokey mountain
Voles are cute little evil spawns from hell.
I would like to thank you for the information. I have come to a home depot store and purchased the materials to build two voles Traps to kill the once in my 3 acres heaven I have. thank a lot✌️
What is the size of the pipe you are using???
You calmed me down I thought I would die I got 75 mph winds in Toronto Ontario I thought I would die in the wind but I was wrong I was wrong I was
How do you connect the toilet flange under the barrel ? I’m using barrels with closed tops
Are your barrels metal or plastic?
Plastic
Brilliant! Great stewardship!
Thank you! Cheers!
PLEASE tell me where you got that barrel! I'd love to do this but don't have a similar barrel. Home Depot? Lowe's? Thanks.
In my area you can find them on market place face book. Car washes have them sometime. The soap in shipped in them in this type 55 gallon plastic barrel.
What is the receiving distance? I mean km
Great idea. Thanks
@arkansasprepper here is the easiest way I’ve found to keep deer from eating my garden (without fence): put a bale of alfalfa out there. Deer come into my garden every single night, walk past my tomatoes and eat the bale. I live in the Sierra Nevada foothills, so there isn’t a ton of lush vegetation in the summer but they still prefer the dry alfalfa to nice moist veggies.
75 MPH WIND IS A HURRICANE
Yes. I also made these pvc traps years ago and they do work. When the neighbor across the road cut his fields the field mice would cross the road to my property I didn't know someone else knew about these bait feeders. Thanks for sharing.
That is awesome!
Umm.. What kind are they and a link?
Finally!!!! Somebody does it right. the photography is CLOSE UP. we can see. So many are far back casual. Very Well Done. Thank You!!!!!
Wow, thank you!
Total agreement!
What if I had a mole probably in my backyard for so long. But now I have a coke in my house….how do I get it out? It’s too fast and gets through the cracks of the wall?!
Good video. What's the name of the pipe that fits under the toilet flange please? Also, how did you fit the flange at the bottom of the barrel?
Thank you for the video
Thanks for watching!
Hey just incase you haven’t done it yet , a new needle and seat in that carb will take care of your flooding issues. Also check the float while it’s apart. I’d just recommend rebuilding the whole carb , fairly inexpensive and they are not complicated carbs .
Thanks!

Thank you so much for sharing what you've learned with us. I have a field mice problem I'm dealing with. Didn't think I had a problem until the other night when I discovered they've gotten into my stash of rice. That made me very angry because food prices certainly aren't coming down any time soon and these things are as stealthy as they come. I never knew they could be so smart. I've got traps set all over the place and it's as if they just sit there and laugh at them whenever they come across one. I had one lick sticky peanut butter clean off of one of them WITHOUT tripping the trap at all. They seem to know to avoid the tried and true method that worked for generations until now. So, long story made short, I went on RUclips looking for answers and I came across your fine video sir! I like the trap. It's affordable, reloadable, and effective. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge and experience tackling these crafty critters. Have a wonderful and blessed day. 😉
Don't glue most of them connactionsjust put a stainless screw through, easy to remove.
Great idea! Thanks
Great idea !! Atta boy!!!
